1.    How are you a “game-changer” in the wedding industry?

We are quite possibly the only full service catering company in town that focuses on healthier catering fare. Our menus are designed with the client and guests' dietary needs in mind. We are the go-to caterer for specialty diet catering such as vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free.

2.  What inspires you to “do weddings differently”?

We are two creative chefs with diverse culinary backgrounds. We love collaborating with clients who are equally creative and know what they want for their event. We view the menu as integral part of the wedding, complementing or completing our client's vision of his/her wedding, whether the food be the reflection of the couple's upbringing, the couple's future, or their shared interest. It is their big day, not ours. We work closely with our couple to create a menu that represent who they are and what they want. 

3.    What is one of your favorite creative, offbeat projects you’ve worked on?

We had a couple who were vegetarians and wanted all vegetarian food that reflect their love of the Mediterranean region. But the bride's side was a staunch meat and potato family, so we worked with them to assure the family that nobody would miss the meat, that the food would be equally tasty, hearty, and nobody would go home hungry.

4.    What are three ingredients for a perfect day at your company?

Steady rhythm of chopping and slicing, the smell of food cooking, and friendly conversations and laughter amongst the kitchen crew. A pleasant kitchen makes the hard work easy.

5.    If you were in charge, what would the next big wedding trend be? 

Serving a late night snack or early breakfast when the party is over after 10:30 pm. Many guests are hungry after they dance for 2 hours! 

6.    What are you most looking forward to at {un}convention?

We look forward to getting to know fellow vendors and working with them on cool, inspiring, unconventional weddings!
