From a waning moon to the super moon, we'll share what each means and provide real-world rituals to put into practice (including a full moon release). Uncovering our own relationship to the moon (no matter your age or level of mindfulness) and her cycle is full of magic and often surprise.
Full Moon Yoga
Sunday. 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM. The Carriage House.
Led by Liz Susong
The full moon provides a moment of intensified energy, feminine power, and possibilities for growth. This gentle yoga practice is designed to stretch and relax the body so that we are better able to receive the gifts of the full moon. March's full moon is known as the Sap Moon, and it signifies the end of winter and the coming of spring. To prepare for the change in seasons and springtime energy, we will tune into the breath, practice a few moon salutations, and use playful fluid motion to celebrate the divine feminine. To transition from winter's deep contemplation into spring's manifestation, the practice will close with extended guided relaxation and meditation, borrowing techniques from yin yoga and yoga nidra.
12:00 - 1:00 PM / Lunch in the Manor House

2:30 - 3:00 PM / Closing meditation and blessings in the Carriage House.

Seven Springs Farm is a historic venue in Central Virginia. Built in 1732, it has undergone a beautiful restoration and offers a remote and peaceful setting for our retreat. Participants will be staying in the luxurious rooms of the main house and guest house.
To make the most of the limited space, we will ask that attendees be willing to share beds and rooms to ensure that we can accommodate an ideal number of attendees. Individual beds are available at an extra cost.
Only 14 spots are available, so this will be a small group retreat and ideally all attendees will leave feeling a strong connection to their fellow entrepreneurs.
Please note, that there is not wireless internet and limited cell service at Seven Springs. This should be ideal for our retreat as we are all intended to disconnect and focus on the work at hand.
Live in Richmond and don't want to stay at Seven Springs? We offer a day pass for those not staying the night with us.
We know if you have kids or other obligations it can be hard to get two nights away, so save $200 and purchase our day pass instead. You'll still get access to all of the workshops, plus lunches and dinners.
Meet Abbie of Eat Smart
Abbie of Eat Smart will be providing us meals throughout the entire retreat, starting with dinner Friday night through lunch on Sunday. Since we will have a chef there to prepare meals, we are able to accommodate most food restrictions.
