I'm a tall, non-binary, queer, child and animal parent, twin, badass, and romantic. I started my business because I saw the cracks in the industry starting, and was ready to help shatter it. I have always loved photography and wedding planning and coordination, and took the leap four years ago into a fully formed business. I'm a true Seattleite who loves their coffee, vegan food, and the city.

How do you approach weddings? 

My approach to weddings is different than 98% of the industry. I don't even believe you have to be married or partnered to live a long and happy life. I do, however, see weddings in my queer community as an act of revolution, something not to be taken lightly, and something gorgeous. I see couples skipping misogynist and gendered traditions as activism, and I'm blown away by the couples I work with and what their ceremony means to them. Weddings are not a one-size-fits-all and I never want them to be.

What are some traits of your ideal clients?

My ideal clients know each other in and out. They operate as a partnership and see their wedding as the beginning of forever. They acknowledge the people before them, the sacred land they are on, and the ways in which feminism infused unions are the way of the future. I believe my clients get the most from publications like Catalyst, because they can identify with the mission and featured weddings. I know I do!

What are three of your favorite things? 

Some bumpin' music in the car, a good book, and of course, coffee in my hand.
