Meet Becca Dilly Photography
I love people. I love problem-solving. I love creating.
And that all combines perfectly to the nearly 2 decades of weddings I've photographed here in the Upper Midwest. I have been thrilled to document and celebrate Queer weddings since I started my business, and I continue to be dedicated to providing an affirming and safe space for people in the LGBTQ+ community.
I've also been the photographer for several regional food books and in 2016 and 2022, I won a blue ribbon for my canned watermelon pickles at the Minnesota State Fair.
How does Becca approach weddings?
I work to understand the way you want to celebrate your event so that I can help with the timeline and logistics, and so that you don't have to worry about the photography on the day of the wedding. That means I try to be better positioned to anticipate key events, and also I keep track of the photo lists and events so that you can just enjoy your day (and I can photograph you enjoying your day!)
What are some traits of your ideal clients?
My ideal clients want to celebrate with the people they love, and they don't want to truly enjoy being fully present on their wedding day.
What are some of your favorite things?
I take my responsibilities seriously, and in all other aspects I try to lead with my very silly side! I keep and up-to-date list of favorite restaurants to send out-of-town guests to, I sew some of my own clothes because then they have enough pockets for wedding work, and I am pretty serious about getting a good cup of coffee.
