I can't wait to meet you! From getting to know you, documenting important moments to the delivery of your images, I’m all in.
I focus on creating photographs with real emotion, true color and editing free from industry trends to ensure you and your family will love your images decades from now.
You want a fun third wheel documenting what the day feels like and your true personalities. Couples say they love how comfortable and relaxed I make them feel, I instinctively know where to be at all times, that I capture humanity empathetically and that it's clear I love what I do.
You want to relive all the hilarious, emotional and behind the scenes moments through your photos. I work primarily in the style of a photojournalist and also love creative portraiture. Your wedding day is about you and your marriage, not me. I try to be invisible and keep a low profile. If you prefer everything captured naturally as it happens - contact me.
You want an artist documenting your day. I have a BFA and MFA in Fine Art Photography and started my career in 2011 in Chicago. I relocated back to my home in East Tennessee in 2014 and have photographed 300+ weddings and counting. I would love to use my experience to create artistic and joyful work with you.

What are three of your favorite things?
I love being surrounded by nature- hiking, foraging for mushrooms, camping, walking and porch sitting. I love cooking vegan meals. I love spending time with my dog Jessie and my wife Angie (she/her). I love amusement parks. I love cozying up and watching great TV by the fire. I love traveling to new places, especially in different countries and I love road trips.
