Hi, I'm Teresa (she/her) - owner of Teresa Johnson Photography. We're perfectly situated in southern Massachusetts - right between Boston and the Berkshires, an easy drive to the Connecticut shore - and close enough to Rhode Island to enjoy Del's and a lobster roll 😉
I'm inspired by joy, color - and moments so filled with love that you want to relive them again and again! Along with a small, brilliant team of photographers and videographers, our work emphasizes helping you feel easy in front of the camera, and captures the vibrant energy of your wedding celebration. We are fiercely inclusive, and put a lot of intention behind making sure our clients ALWAYS feel seen, heard and safe with us.

How does Teresa approach weddings?
We provide authentic, joy-filled wedding photography that incorporates elements of light and color to create art out of lived experiences. Our superpower is helping clients feel happy, relaxed, and comfortable, which brings out their inner magic and their love for one another.
What are some traits of your ideal clients?
They're smart, kind, caring people. They're passionate - whether about their culture, their career, or their interests. They are inclusive, their friend group is like-minded, and they lead with compassion toward others. Their wedding celebrations really center around including their guests and making them feel welcome - as opposed to just celebrating themselves.
What are some of your favorite things?
Archery - I'm a competitor and coach! Planting flowers (and shopping for plants). Making photographs with my partner, Josh. Cooking and/or baking at our home, which is located close to a major city, yet atop a hill surrounded by nature. And, exploring Boston, the New England shoreline, and all the little towns around us.
